Mr. Pritchard has been associated with the petroleum industry since 1970. Mr. Pritchard is a Petroleum Engineer with extensive experience managing and supervising worldwide upstream operations. His technical skills include well design and planning, drilling and completion engineering, permitting, gathering systems, artificial lift, production optimization and facilities design. This is complemented by a management background of evaluation, organizational skills, contract negotiation, budgeting and executive level strategic planning. Mr. Pritchard has consulted for an array of national and international independents and major companies. Mr. Pritchard has developed hazardous waste operations for companies such as I.E. Dupont, and Great Lakes Chemical. As an independent oil operator from 1976-1985, Mr. Pritchard, as owner of Pritchard Engineering and Operating, Inc actively developed, participated, and operated a number of oil and gas properties in the ArkLaTex region of the continental US, resulting in the successful discovery of over 500 BCF natural gas reserves
