SEPI has integrated each of its service modules into a comprehensive Technical Limit solution - called "TOPS", a targeted approach to attain the technical limit.

Excellence is driven by a process. First, understanding goals and deliverables is an upstream oil and gas multidisciplinary team effort.

The deliverable is a comprehensive interactive workshop for contractors, service providers, and appropriate company personnel. The session is a “hands-on” workshop customized for the specific area well plan.

The goals are to enhance and ensure safety, performance, and reduce or eliminate unscheduled events.

The major facets of the workshop are:

The comprehensive application of "TOPS" constitutes the initiation of the complete Well Delivery Process. SEPI has integrated this into a single work book, driven by engineering principles and the Basis of Design (BOD). The workbook provides for: Historical Summary and Analysis, BOD, Risk Avoidance and Management, Tracking of Drilling Plans and Cost, Lessons Database, Real Time Updates Driven by Daily Operations Reports.
